Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Liam leads PlusHeat with a clear focus on making home cover simpler, smarter, and easier for customers to rely on. He drives the company's strategy and technology direction, always looking for ways to remove complexity and improve how customers experience our service.

Head of Operations
Callum makes sure PlusHeat delivers on its promises every day. He oversees operational performance and works closely with engineers and partners across the PlusHeat Trusted Trade Network to ensure customers receive fast, reliable service when they need it.
Known for: Making sure the right people are in place to deliver when customers need us most.
Head of Performance Marketing
Ovais leads PlusHeat’s marketing strategy with focus on business growth. He uses sales and retention performance data to give insight into which channels and actions work best and then implements change accordingly.
Known for: His ability to react quickly to market trends and changes in channel and customer behaviour.
Business Process and Executive Office Lead
As a member of the Exec team, Cath coordinates leadership activity and supports connected communication across the business. She also leads the design and improvement of business processes that underpin our reliable, efficient operations. Her background in the home emergency/repair sector gives her a strong understanding of what keeps the organisation working well behind the scenes.
Known for: Consistency, and making things happen.
Non-Executive Director
Steve is a member of the PlusHeat Board. He has significant experience of In-Home Maintenance and Emergency Repairs across a number of trades. He works closely with the Operations Team by analysing performance, advising on ways to evolve and deliver better Customer outcomes.
Known for: Developing a culture which delivers high quality Customer Service.
Network Manager
With 5+ years in insurance under their belt, Billy knows that great networks aren’t built from spreadsheets alone. A confident, approachable people person with a commercial mindset, specialise in growing partnerships, creating opportunities, and making business feel a little more human.
