Our basic plan cover your boiler in case of breakdown, while our more comprehensive plans add your central heating, plumbing, drainage and electrics. Plus Heat’s landlord boiler cover includes the production of a CP12 certificate that is a legal requirement for a landlord as part of maintaining a Gas Safety Record.

Many providers do not cover old heating systems, but at Plus Heat the age of your boiler will not effect the cover that we offer you.

An annual boiler service is really important if you want your boiler to continue operating safely and efficiently. If your boiler is still under warranty, many will require you to have your boiler services each year in order to keep the warranty valid.
